I have worked in childcare settings since leaving school. I started as an apprentice and qualified to Level 2 in child care & development. I then married a so
ldier and accompanied him around Europe. I worked in many different Day nursery settings, gaining lots of different experience along the way. During this time I also qualified to Level 3 in child care, and progressed to management level. Since starting at Shine I have got to meet some lovely little people, I love creating and constantly developing a Safe, inviting caring environment for children to progress and 'Shine'

Danielle Ramsey – Deputy Manager (from September 2018)
Hi I’m Danni, I have two daughters. I am a fun, bubbly member of Shine who has a passion for being creative. I have recently qualified as a level three in Childcare with straight A’s in all my assignments. This award has helped me to develop my knowledge and learning through my work at Shine and I am looking forward to being the new Deputy Manager for Shine at St. Richard's CofE School in Evesham.
Shine is such an upbeat, enthusiastic Club where we get to know, and see, the children’s different personalities and individual characteristics. Meeting new children every week is such a pleasure especially to see them ‘Shine’ in their own way.
